If you don’t have your own products and don’t want to bother with their creation (which can be pretty difficult or even impossible, depending on the niche), you can easily sell other people’s products for a commission. This is pretty similar to inserting affiliate links, only instead of them, you create a dedicated landing/presell page for the product/service you want and insert links and banners in other parts of your site in order to draw the users attention.

A blog is the perfect tool to increase your reputation, find new contacts and people to partner with and create more opportunities for both work and your personal life. The flip side, of course, is that you also have a lot of competition, but thankfully, it isn’t enough to keep up with the demand. This is why now is the best time to get started online – it’s easy, it’s cheap and you can make a lot of money right away.

eBay is the largest online auction site, and because it gives you access to hundreds of millions of buyers all over the world, it is a perfect place to start making money online. And you don’t have to do or even know anything complicated as is the case with affiliate links, website building, and about anything else online. EBay gives you all the tools you might need – you just need to focus on marketing and of course, pay the fees

Sell all the things you don’t use. A lot of people advertise eBay as the place “to sell all your junk and stuff you don’t need”. It’s true – you can sell things that you never thought anyone needed for a pretty good price. AS the saying goes, “One man’s junk is another man’s treasure”. For example, you can sell old processors, PCI cards and memory modules for prices higher than the latest DDR3 and Core i7 processors! The people who buy them most of the times need them for servers and old computers (it would cost them more to replace the whole thing than just buy the missing part).

Sell your own products and services. If you are creating or manufacturing anything, you can easily sell it on eBay. They have a strict policy against most electronic products, though there is an easy way around that: sell DVDs and CDs with your programs/ebooks on it! It’s so simple, yet not many people know that is possible. You can get custom CDs online, and just burn them at home (you can easily write 10+ CDs per hour) as you receive orders. Physical products are even easier to sell, so if you can get cheap memory modules, overclock them, add a heat sink and test them, you can easily sell them for a much higher price.

Resell products and services. If you don’t produce your own stuff, you can easily sell other people’s products. If you can get some good rates from, say, a local manufacturer, you can make a hefty profit by reselling on eBay. If you don’t know, drop shipping is basically using a factory or another company to handle all the shipping, handling, storage and other issues, so you can focus on finding customers and making the sale. There are a lot of great factories in China that will do that and sell their products to you for very cheap, so you can resell them on eBay for a higher price. You just hand the list of addresses and names to the factory, and they pack the products and ship them.

Use it to advertise your own site/store. A unique and very good idea is to use eBay listsings to market and get your own site and pages to rank in Search Engines. A link from eBay is worth quite a lot in Google’s eyes, and you can also get a lot of direct traffic. This is definitely worth the fees you’re paying for the listing. However, you should list real products that you want to sell or list something that will never sell (very high price, useless product, etc.) if you just want the links.

After a few years of doing other things I am tryng to get back in the saddle again. Circumstances have forced me to go to get back into internet marketing to try to create another income stream for my family. This time things will be different.
